If you do not understand a contract, you basically have two alternatives. One is to sign anyway and hope for the best. The second, is to get some assistance. If you just sign now and hope for the best, you don’t have the upfront cost of a lawyer, but can pay for it later. And, if you do pay for the cost of a lawyer upfront, you may avoid headaches later, but aren’t guaranteed any benefits. So, when should you consider getting professional help?
