When a contract crosses international borders, the complexity grows exponentially. Where will possible disputes be handled, and by who? What laws will be used to assess the contract?
This course will introduce you to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, or CISG, a (more or less) standardized set of rules developed to handle these issues.
