How Third Parties Can Affect Your Contract

Sometimes you have a contract between two parties, but due to circumstances, a third party can affect the outcome greatly. For example, what if you’ve entered into a contract with your customer, and the contract states that you will provide an adequate amount of service workers for their equipment? You hire their preferred supplier, but the supplier’s manager says you need at least ten service people to do the job when you believe that one is adequate.  How do you control that third party when the contract doesn’t give you any tools to do so?

This course will teach you how to look out for potential pitfalls, and if you identify one, what to do about it.
